Overlooking its own marina, the new “Hatenboer” holiday village is being constructed in the Maasplassen neighbourhood close to the centre of Roermond. The homes have been designed with a very varied range of floor areas, fittings and locations. The atmosphere and fittings recall a luxury sailing yacht with warm wood and stainless- steel maritime details. Implementation of the plan is now being prepared. Sales of the homes will start after the town and country planning procedure has been completed.
